The fact we came in 30 mins before closing on Mother's Day weekend May have to do with the quality of what we had, so keep that in mind. We picked an almond cupcake, chocolate cupcake, oatmeal raisin cookie, and a shortbread cookie dipped in chocolate. The cookie was stale, hard as a rock and funny tasting, the cupcakes were dry and less than ordinary, and the shortbread cookie was off tasting. I love sweets and couldn't finish a single item- I wouldn't recommend it. Again, maybe it was because it was the end of day on a busy weekend, but nothing tasted good.

Bad customer service; Asked her about making my daughter a birthday cake and she completely ignored me. Never responded to my questions. Business must be really good since they don’t care about making new customers. It’s it’s ok, your competitor gladly stepped in and took over.

As the other reviews state, I presume their food tastes delicious. Their customer service however is very low quality. For a bakery that is in the wedding business — you would expect warm, clear, and understanding interactions with prospective customers.This company was rude when I reached out and didn’t seem to even read my email properly. When you’re getting married the last thing you want is to feel stressed by the company you might be using to prepare your cake on your special day.Honestly If you want quality assurance and kind communication look elsewhere.

For our wedding, Dixie Confexions provided the wedding cake, two flavors of macarons, fruit tarts, and single serving cheesecakes. Everything was beautiful and delicious, but the cheesecake is on a whole 'nother level. I only wish I had ordered more!

Our wedding cake didn’t make it to our first anniversary because it was so good, so we decided to just order a smaller version this year for ourselves to celebrate! Jody was so kind, and even remembered how our original cake was decorated (a gold topper with flowers between the tiers) and replicated it for us!
