A couple of months ago, I would not have given this place that high of a rating. You never knew what you were going to get. I usually just order food, not really drinks, and I would often get a burnt bagel, sometimes 2 small slices of bacon, some days it would be barely toasted, etc..Lately, I have been coming back and since the manager Thomas has been managing, I feel that this place is doing much much better. I had a situation with an employee who I felt was incredibly rude...
Very very busy at 7:30 am. It took a minute but I was still out pretty quickly. Staff was very helpful when my coffee came up missing. Yet, I was stil outl quickly; still early for work at 8 am.
My sister, brother in law, their new baby, and I stopped in on our way out of town. We went in the drive thru and had a great experience! We got to the window and Libby made the experience super easy! She even saw us cleaning out our cupholders and offered to take the trash and throw it away for us. She was so considerate and was very pleasant!
