The employees is rude the place is junkie and nasty one of the worst Dunkin I have been too could not sit inside look like food on the table from the day before. I'm From Jackson Ga and I have been in several JP stores and Dunkin but this is the nastiest one maybe it's to far away from home

Horrible experience. Super dirty, very rude girl taking orders inside. My sandwich was supposed to b no egg and they put egg on it w one half piece of bacon and one small piece of cheese and burned the bread perfect example and just one of many reasons why I never go there.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service. Never ever wrote a review let alone a bad one working in the customer service industry myself. But God, your employees are literally the rudest people I have ever met. Absolutely terrible. Because I wanted my drink I PAID for with caramel on top.

My coffee was cold the place was beyond dirty !!!I ask if they could warm up my coffee because I did order a hot coffee and the girl gave me an attitude!
Waited in line in the drive through for almost 15 minutes. Two cars ahead of me. Ordered a medium frozen coffee with vanilla and whipped cream. Got to the window and was charged $5.70 something. Guy hands me my drink and I said is that a frozen coffee and he said yes. It tasted more like frothy milk! There wasn’t a drop of coffee in it! I should have turned around and demanded what I ordered by that place is so slow and the guy at the window looked like he was high.I drank some and threw the rest out. Now I am experiencing pains in my stomach!

Only the drive thru was open, would like to have gone in and checked out the donuts. Seems like this is the norm for places anymore, god forbid that someone has to step up and work a little harder today just because they are short handed. That's your problem, not the publics!

Muffins are so dry, the sandwich looked like they dropped it on the floor, I didn’t receive munchkins, I got 4 donuts squished upside down. Absolutely the worst dunkin. Go to Murphy instead much better.
