First, I LOVE the staff! They are awesome. They fix thing that aren't right, I see a lot of the same people all the time, and they don't seem miserable! I love the coconut refreshers! They are my absolute favorite. I also love the varieties of coffee, lattes, ice coffee, and specialty coffee for the seasons. The donuts are always fresh, and they have a great selection. Same with the munchkins! Keep up the great work!
Just got two coffees. The lady at drive through handed us wrong coffee but that's OK. However when she found ours, she opened it, slammed top on it spilling some. My issue is she had her hand all over the top of it. She then walked away before I could get new top. Always love dunkin coffees.

Only the drive thru was open, would like to have gone in and checked out the donuts. Seems like this is the norm for places anymore, god forbid that someone has to step up and work a little harder today just because they are short handed. That's your problem, not the publics!
