Fast food places are no longer fast.
We waited a while to get our food & it was not even busy yet.
But it was nice to stop at for a quick bite of food.
Bathrooms were clean.

McDonald's, a popular fast food chain, has received mixed reviews. Customers praise the staff for their professionalism and friendliness, with one reviewer highlighting Shannon’s helpfulness and Brett’s knowledge, noting how quickly they prepared a large order. The restaurant is considered a great place to eat with kid-friendly options, including a kids menu and play area, though the play area may not be suitable for children with wheelchairs. The location offers parking on either side or in front of the building, but no space for buses, RVs, or large trucks. The restaurant is on one floor and accessible for wheelchair users, with tables and bathrooms designed for comfort. However, some reviews mention issues such as long wait times, inconsistent service due to staff shortages and turnovers, and occasionally unclean tables. The service quality varies, with some employees like Amanda, Shannon, and Brett standing out for their helpfulness and speed. While the food remains true to the brand, Wendy’s is often considered to do a better job overall. Despite these challenges, many customers still enjoy McDonald's for its convenience, affordability, and the friendly staff they encounter. Management is encouraged to address these concerns to improve overall customer satisfaction.
