Worst service I've ever received. I asked politely for steak sauce for my steak which had been sitting on our table for five minutes in return he said I told you I would and now you can wait. I never received it.

This restaurant is a hit or miss, occasionally it is good, mostly NOT. The only time I go now is when someone else selects the place. Last meal there was really bad. The Calabash chicken which use to be large tender and moist was small and dry. Picture is of leftovers. You can see it looks like a chicken “finger”.

I had never been to a Fatz..I had an older waitress about my age..I asked her if they had a veggie platter...she never asked if I'd ever been to a fatz...she was not familiar with the menu...I decided on three veggies..the Brussels sprouts were delicious..I had asked her what the cauliflower was like and frankly the 3rd veggie must have not been impressive either as I don't even remember it...the cauliflower was swimming in grease...expensive Brussels sprouts lunch.

The place is slowly going downhill. It is easy accessed, but not near other alternatives. In addition, new alternatives will be tough competition. The two piece fish was very good with large portions. The service varies greatly depending on who is serving.

The service was slow and our table ran out of drinks more then once. We have purchased a total of 9 steaks over a 2 month timeframe and each time they were full of gristle. We won’t be going back anytime soon

Ordered a 6 oz steak, rare came out over cooked and more grissle than steak. Baked potato was luke warm, butter didn't even melt. Salad ok, hard to screw up salad. Husband's and son's meal was just ok. Service was slow but we had a new server. Maybe he will improve. Men's room had paper towels on the floor and some new update is needed. Will be a long time before this family goes back.

I've ate here in the past at least a couple times a month, but I stopped. Last night ( first time in several months) my family and I decided on take out from Fatz. BIG MISTAKE!! Worst meal I've had. I ordered citrus chicken w/ rice, a stuffed baked potato and a side of bbq sauce. The potato was cold so the cheese wouldn't melt & sour cream made the it even colder. Rice was dry, but the chicken was tough and still had red bloody veins running through it. I would've insisted on them recooking, but since it was take out I was already at home. I had to COOK my chicken until done and reheat my potato. Worst meal ever. If I had wanted to eat at home I would've stayed home. Next time, they'll be no next time at Fatz for me. I stopped going months ago because of a similar incident but I refuse to try again. So if you want raw chicken this is a wonderful place to eat , otherwise don't bother.

I’ve always considered Fatz to be one of the nicer places to eat in this town...well yesterday that opinion changed...which is unfortunate considering this meal was with very important people from out of town. Our waitress Christina (short dark hair just in case there’s more than one server with that name) rolled her eyes THREE times while we placed our order...she was hateful, rude, incompetent, and not even remotely apologetic for the fact that the store was apparently “out

I had a great experience. The rolls were fresh, and the cinnamon butter was super yummy. I got the loaded cheese fries as an appetizer and they were awesome; plenty of bacon and cheese for the amount of fries. The entre was chicken, shrimp, and ribs. The chicken was great but I got too full to touch the shrimp and ribs, but I'm sure they'll make a perfect dinner later. On top of great food the staff was super friendly and came to check on us several times. Over all great time.

We ate at Fatz at 11 a.m. yesterday, February 16, 2020. We had not been there for years and sure will never go back. The whole place needs complete remodeling. Long pieces of tape covering tears on many of the booths. The place had not been vacuumed in a long time. Little debris all along the edges of the booths and down the hallway to the restrooms. The amazing pieces of debris on the worn-out carpet was beyond amazing. Dirty napkin on the empty booth across from us. Carpeting torn and dirty. Food was mediocre at best, as was the service. If that place has a manager, that person should be fired. But no sign of a manager on site. If the restaurant is so poorly maintained, I can only imagine how unclean the kitchen must be.
Server is always nice but the food is ehh. They don't have their liquor license anymore and they haven't for a long while. We have been several times. Something usually goes wrong. My husband had a fly in his beverage and when they brought a new one, the glass was dirty and there were white specks floating in it. I ordered wings which were just barely done. I actually took them home and cooked them properly in the air fryer. Steak was WELL done when asked for medium rare. I ALWAYS get food I specifically asked to sub (example- i subbed mashed potatoes with broccoli. Never got the broccoli even after asking for it). We are usually disappointed.

we ate lunch there yesterday, wish I had ordered the fish n chips instead of the club sandwich. the fish was the best I have ever had and will definitely order that next time. the fries were amazing also.

They don't serve alcohol even know it's on there menu. They dont stay open till 12 on Saturdays even know there website say they do. My burger was raw. The soup and appetizer were good and the service was good.

Since I was there a couple of years ago they have added three All-You-Can-Eat menu items. I picked the ribs and was not disappointed. The interior furnishing do need redoing.
