The mobile thru is last priority now versus how easy the process was before the "remodel". I watched 5 cars that ordered AFTER me in the drive thru get their food and drive while I waited over 15 minutes for a lemonade and and ice cup in the mobile thru line.
This is the 4th time I've been here since they reopened and it's clear that something drastic has changed in their training, leadership, priorities (at least at the drive thru), etc.....

Chick-fil-A offers a consistently excellent experience, with a friendly and attentive staff that goes above and beyond. They provide gluten-free options, including a good gluten-free bun, and promise more zero sugar drinks in the future. While some may find the service a bit slow, the pleasant staff makes up for it. The Blairsville location is very kid-friendly and accessible, with the whole building designed to accommodate wheelchairs. Even when mishaps occur, such as spilled milkshakes, the staff handles the situation with grace and generosity, turning a negative experience into a positive one. Recently, some customers have noticed changes in the drive-thru service, with longer wait times and a lower priority for mobile orders compared to before the remodel. Despite this, the staff remains friendly and the food is consistently hot and fresh. The owner and his family have been invested in the community from the start, making this location a reliable and welcoming place for a delicious meal with exceptional service.
