“The mobile thru is last priority now versus how easy the process was before the "remodel". I watched 5 cars that ordered AFTER me in the drive thru get their food and drive while I waited over 15 minutes for a lemonade and and ice cup in the mobile thru line. This is the 4th time I've been here since they reopened and it's clear that something drastic has changed in their training, leadership, priorities (at least at the drive thru), etc.....“

“While we were expecting really bad weather, the folks at Blairsville’s KFC were still working, with friendly faces (until curfew advisory) and great customer service. They served a delicious, hot, meal from the drive thru window for me to share with my family. I truly appreciate that they were open for this community while most other businesses were closed, (of course, while it was still safe to travel).
