First time ordering from this place shorted me a order and after I called the store was told they would send me out what they owed me for free. Free? I've already paid for it just want what they owe me.?

We went in and ordered a pizza at about 6:15 on March 14. It was busy, they had only 3 people working, and they told us it would probably take 45 minutes until it was done. Around 7, the delivery driver, who had taken our order, started looking for our pizza, as our breadsticks and other items were ready to go. It was nowhere to be found. One of the workers had apparently placed it in the wrong box and either took it out for delivery or gave it to someone else. By that time, another worker had arrived to help, apologized for the missing pizza, and started making us another one. When it was in the oven, he apologized again for the delay, at this time coming up on an hour since we had placed the order. He asked if we would like to have something to drink, then proceeded to clarify that we could get "One 20-ounce drink." "To share." I write it that way because that is how he said it. Like he had immediately become scared that I would take 3 drinks. I was there with my 2 kids, ages 7 and 11, for over an hour, and he couldn't even offer us each a drink. I might have expected a partial refund, maybe a free 2-liter drink to take home with us, or at the least a drink for BOTH of my children, who had been standing in a hot and crowded restaurant for over an hour. Even though the pizza and breadsticks were good, we will not be visiting this Papa John's location again due to the poor customer service. I'm not even annoyed that much that they lost our pizza. It was busy and mistakes can happen. It was the lack of consideration for 2 little girls who had been waiting very patiently for over an hour.

Calzone stuffed crust pizza was not cooked correctly. When picking up a slice, the pizza part was so thin all the toppings slipped right off every time...including all the cheese. The stuffed crust area seemed to be to heavy and the pizza part way to thin. Not good at all just made a huge mess.Don't order this, this order was over thirty dollars and one of the worst pizzas in all of mankind.

Logo says "Better ingredients" but I beg to differ. The grilled chicken was chewy and the crust is like eating stale bread. They don't keep the pizza under warming light after it's made. In the future, I will pay a little more and get Twisted Pizza again. Not good pizza- Papa John's.

Sent wrong pizza again. Third time this has happened. No customer service. Told it was not their problem. Ticket on pizza box is what I ordered but incorrect product. They have lost my business. They do not care about quality or customer service. Poor all around.

Pizza was cooked, Not sure if they have seasoning that goes on the pizza, but it was bland. Part of my original crust was flat. The ores bites are amazing though!

Ordered a thin crust pizza. Overcooked thus tasted like cardboard. Couldn’t find the two toppings supposed to be on it. Worse pizza ever! Blairsville, Ga

This is the second time we have ordered from Papa John’s. It’s currently been 2 hours since we ordered and it’s still not here. We have called several times and the employees have said “we didn’t see your order or it’s almost out for delivery.” The last time, 3 hours later, they finally delivered it because we had a big order… 4 pizzas and wings. Tonight, it’s a very small order and we are on hour two so far. The tracker app still says preparing. Not happy with this service at all.

Ordered pizza. Waited 2 hours and called over a dozen times. Store kept hanging up on me. Called customer service 4 times they couldn't get in touch with the store. Ended up eating somewhere else. 3 hrs later pizza shows up at my hotel room. The store is right next door but the landscape makes it impossible to walk there. I own a business, I know how a business should be run. Everyone should be fired without hesitation before my money is refunded.
