It's a hit or miss here, ordered two large fries yesterday and the fries were cold and kinda soggy. And also the large fries are not large at all. They seem a bit stingy on the fries even when I order a Mr. beast box. Zaxbys usually has the best fries but lately it hasn't been good.
I had a good meal, however while eating an elderly man asked for a menu he could take with him. Several staff just answered, "its on the app" staff members should have some consideration for this elderly gentleman who seemed to be enjoying his meal, not everyone has access to an "app".
Mobile ordered day before Thanksgiving. Order was ready when we got there and everything was correct, no mistakes. Were not stingy with the seasoning or sauces. Lobby was cleaned and was greeted when walked
