“If I could give Romas Pizza 10 stars, I absolutely would. Not only is their pizza incredible (seriously, some of the best around), but it’s the PEOPLE who make this place unforgettable. Yesterday, we ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately the third-party delivery service was 25 minutes late picking up our food. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. Whether it’s fixing an issue caused by a third party or simply providing excellent, friendly service every single time, they handle everything with professionalism and heart. They are the poster business for what customer service should look like. We will forever recommend Romas. 🍕❤️“

“I came in to first waffle house experience in Georgia, the home of Waffle House. I was offered a seat anywhere. We chose a booth by the exterior and the waitress was eagerly ready to take our orders.
She was on top of our refills, anticipated our needs, and was very friendly.
The food came quick, was hot & fresh, and tasted delicious.

“For five years our trivia team has been attending Monday night General Knowledge trivia at World of Beer, Pooler. It is our way to kick off the work week, a place to enjoy our time together and to participate in a battle of wits with other teams. For five years, our team has consisted of two to seven members, based on who is able to come on Monday nights. Over these five years, we’ve split each gift card winning equally. We use it like a coupon when it comes time to cash out. We’ve never had a major issue with cashing out our equal winnings until last night (8/25/25). With no notifcation, the manager on duty told our server we can no longer break up our winnings per each gift card. He never explained why (his playground, his rules I guess). The manager should have come to our table himself to explain why not send our server to do his job. While our server was talking to us, the manager stole/confiscated two of our gift cards which still had credits on them (roughly $35 all together). We win pretty frequently and as of today, we have $136 in gift card winnings still to be used. Now we’re being told we cannot. How else is a team of several people supposed to spend their winnings? In one lump sum? That’s not possible. The way this whole situation was handled was highly unprofessional and deceitful. It’s a shame too. We really enjoyed our years with PubStar Trivia. Thanks for the memories….with the exception of last night.“

“Costanzo's is about as good as you'll get in Savannah. There are no other good pizza places in all Savannah. Places like Vinny Go Go try to pass a cheese sandwich off as pizza! Being from New Jersey, I'm glad we found this place. Their pizza is not the best, but for the deep south, Costanzo's is a winner overall.“

I was harassed by one of their regulars and his girlfriend from the moment I sat down, this guy would not let up, he kept coming to our table starting problems. so when I started to defend myself finally and I had to get loud with him I was kicked out by Jess.
