Great atmosphere and top notch service. The trout dip was amazing...loved that it was served with crackers and veggies. The tomato bisque and salad was wonderful as well.

Nice place. The burger was really good it has that authentic grill taste!

Ran in here to get out of the rain and it was a delightful surprise. Landon, our server, was super empathetic to some of the dietary restrictions at our table. He was knowledgeable about the things on the menu and made sure he wasn't serving something that our friend wouldn't be able to eat. He was quick to answer questions and didn't mind double checking to make sure there weren't certain ingredients in the sauces/sides/etc.

Hostess said plenty of empty seats at bar and there were only 2. Hostess outside on the sidewalk. Should have been a sign of things to come. Walked in and really liked the decor and the building. Nice setup.

Took a seat and the most rude, inconsiderate bartender I have ever encountered. Older grey or blonde lady who does not need to work a bar. Insulted us from the start. Drank one beer and left.

Do not recommend. Terrible experience.

This was not a planned stop but last minute decided we would eat there. Service was fun and great. It was a perfect date night and not overly expensive.

Just ok. Good atmosphere and service. Food was just ok. There were 7 of us and this was the general consensus. Pimento cheese dip was a 10/10. The wings were a 3/10. Very dry no flavor. Im a wing snob so my standards are quite high. Brussels were soggy and disappointing. The ribs were pretty flavorful so Id recommend those along with the truffle fries. Maybe we came on a bad wing night? Maybe we'll try next time we are in Blue Ridge.

Waitstaff was super nice and helpful, food was delicious. Enjoyed every part of the dinning experience.

This could have easily been a 5 star.
Drinks were great, food was great, service started off excellent. After receiving my check I left cash with it, enough for the amount plus 23% tip-(approximately).
For two people at the bar getting a salad to share, a to go sandwich, and one drink each we left 70 for a bill of 57.
After getting to the corner outside the server/bartender comes running out in a panic yelling that we didn't pay!
I informed her that we did pay and that we left cash under one of the glasses. I also said I would wait there to make sure she got it.
Well... I'm sure she did because she never came back out to tell me. Just left me standing outside in the damp weather, and never even looked out to apologize.
It's quite an accusation to yell out down the street that someone didn't pay, only to realize that they did, and to not even apologize or let them know, just leave them standing there waiting. Kind of embarrassing, and kind of rude.

Old lady at the bar was having a bad night or something.. it’s a Thursday. started out yapping about IDs super loud, which we would never had a problem with whatsoever. So we pulled them out.

She then tells the couple next to us.. after they hadn’t been served yet and we had (who had just sat down) and the girl trying to be served was trying to say “we haven’t [been served]” and the old lady at the bar interrupted before she could finish and said “you’ve never had to wait?, sorry I’m so slow!!!” She then tried to back track.

Food was good though, customers were nice, old lady at the bar was RUDE as heck, the servers at the front and the servers serving food were nice, The couple sitting next to us that got yelled at own several businesses and are frequent customers.. what a shame.

I used to enjoy this place. However under its current management it has taken a definite turn downhill.
I was in twds the end of an evening when the bar was virtually empty and the restaurant wasn’t even 1/2 full.
I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup. My grilled cheese still had the cheese slices visible when it was bright to me, couldn’t even call it warm. Soup want hot but it was better then the sandwich.
I would have said something if someone would have ever bothered to check back in with me. But as the assistant manager walked past numerous times and never asked, nor did anyone else behind the bar, I decided to try to say something.
The manager then proceeded to chastise me like I was the problem.
I have never met a business that would be so disrespectful to its patrons and try to humiliate an individual.
Won’t ever go back simply due to the level /lack of professionalism that management upholds.

We saw a long line for lunch. Decided it must be good. So we went back for dinner. Waited an hour. It was well worth the wait. The food was excellent.

This place is a must! We visited with a large group this past weekend and the Assistant Manager Chris made sure that our party was very well taken care off. There was a very lengthy wait to accommodate our party of our size; however, Chris went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to be seated, order food and drinks, and he even got assistance from Taylor to help my mom up and down the stairs. Karen at the downstairs bar was also a gem in addition to the bar tender on the top level. All of the staff were very nice and charming. They set the bar high re: what great customer service looks like! If you visit Downtown Blue Ridge, make sure you visit this location!

This restaurant is amazing. The staff was awesome. My girls and I were there for a cabin trip and we all served in the military. They treated us like royalty! Love it!!!
