Omg where to start? Food is delicious! I recommend trying the salmon BLT with cheesy grits..you won’t regret it :). Also a special thank you to the bartender Keela (hope I’m spelling it right). Thank you for your excellent service, and going above and beyond to buss my table while other servers were busy. You were truly exceptional. Awesome restaurant with great vibes, I will return 🙌

Hook and eye is a great hotel bar. What makes it stand out is Keyla. She is an amazing, bright and enthusiastic bartender who will lead you to the best local spots and also make you laugh hysterically. She’s awesome. 5/5. Would def recommend.

If you’re looking for a rooftop place to have a drink this is your place, if you’re looking for a good meal this is not it. We ordered the burger and it was by far the worst “burger” we have ever had. I ask the server if it was a veggie burger because it most definitely wasn’t beef. It had the same texture and taste of a beyond burger. It was severely overpriced for what it is. Of all the downtown restaurants, this has to be the worst.

Flatbread soggy with unmelted mozzarella, room temp tomatoes and some balsamic drizzle. Ate the parts that were mostly edible. We got 1 drink each and the drinks alone were $30.

Every person working here had a great smile- and offered great service, but the food really wasn’t very good at all. We had the BBQ chicken flatbread and the burger. The burger tasted as if it had been frozen for a couple of years (not fresh meat nor a very warm temperature at all) and the flatbread was cold and the dough wasn’t really cooked much (very soft). The cheddar cheese wasn’t even melted all of the way. The spicy /skinny margarita was excellent. So if you are going here for the view- eat somewhere else then come here for a cocktail!

Food and service was great DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR. It stopped working and would not move on use for around 10 min. Apparently when talking to staff this is a common thing.
