Two different experiences within 24 hours. My wife was on a girlfriend trip so my diet was put aside for the weekend. Saturday afternoon I ordered at the restaurant with a 14 minute wait for my food. The server came out twice with orders that were for other customers. On the third round, my food was delivered. The food was hot, fresh, and extremely tasty. Sunday afternoon I ordered on the app, same meal as Saturday and when I arrived 7 minutes later, it was packaged and ready for me. Again the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The app a saved me time before the sleet covered the roads.

We arrived around 1230 on 10/19/25, we proceeded to drive through, there were five vechicles in the parking lot assuming a couple for employees the place was basically empty. The car in drive though in front of us placed order and was directed to park and wait. We were next we ordered two chicken sandwich meals nothing complicated. We were directed to park. After a few minutes another car behind us pulled up to wait for their order. We spent at least 20 minutes waiting. The sandwich was fine as I would expect for waiting that long. The fries seemed to have been sitting for a while. When I left the person behind me was still waiting. Would I return, more than likely not if they were this slow with only a couple cars in the lot, I could imagine how it would be if they had a crowd.....

I’m usually in Atlanta. This is hands down the best service I’ve ever received. They didn’t have everything I wanted to order, but the service was so over and beyond that it didn’t even matter. I was still just happy to finally have great service lol.
The person doing are order wasn't vary good started are order then went off doing something else finally the manager noticed and took care of us.

The Popeye’s in Blue Ridge is a very good restaurant. The kitchen and dining area are clean and well maintained. The chicken is very tender and never appears to have been sitting in a warmer all morning. The young lady that waited on me was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! Very nice experience.
