Couldn’t leave blue ridge without seeing my Gal Val @ The General Ledger
LOVE everything about this joint; the trout melted in my mouth, the goat cheese salad was incredible and that key lime pie was the BEST I’ve ever had. The service we impeccable!!!!

Today is January 1, and dinner at the General Ledger is a top five meal of 2025 I'm certain. Cornbread was phenomenal. Croquettes were phenomenal. Pecan trout was phenomenal. Cast iron cookie was phenomenal. Service was incredible.
The experience was very nice. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, the service is pretty exceptional, the adult beverage selections are awesome and the food is great. I would highly recommend making this a stop if you are in Blue Ridge.
