Plantains are amazing!!! Francesca sauce is such an amazing add to everything. Fresh, delicious, and yum! Their truck was also amazing at events, menu was perfect, service was quick, and food was amazing. The Cuban sandwich with yellow rice and black beans was loved. The jerked chicken with yellow rice and red beans was wonderful! Great flavor and the perfect amount of spice. Espresso is perfect. This restaurant is authentic spanish food.
