3rd time ordering togo with meal with the gravy on the side, and they didn't include the gravy. None, ZERO. Meatloaf was like eating an old shoe, and the mashed potatoes were try and rock hard. Twice they left out the deserts. Called the store and was promised a refund, haven't see it.
10.26.2024 went to braselton location waited 45 mins thats after i did my online order they told me to wait 45 mins to come by so total 1hr 30min total i tried to speak to manger 3 times after and left message to call me back still no contact then feedback on line they emailed me that they would have some one call me still 10 days later nothing while i was waiting for food they told me they were cooking the grilled chicken for the extra to go meals which tell me the rest of my...read full review
Service was decent. Serving Size for the Roast beef dinner was tiny. Meat was very fatty and there was not enough to cover a piece of loaf bread.
