I gave the food a 1 star because I didn't actually receive my food. I ordered 3 items while they were not busy waited 20 minutes and then I just asked for my money back. Like I understand I guess if they were slammed but it wasn't that busy and they seemed well staffed. 20 minutes with zero food isn't fast food wait times unfortunately. I personally wouldn't recommend going there if you only have 30 minutes for lunch.
Tonight had a wonderful experience here. They had my food ready in 5 minutes. AMAZING! In the past I've waited 30 to 45 minutes for food at this location. Hoping it's got new owners or management. It was a very good experience tonight. Employees were happy and working. In the past this has not been the case at all. I love Popeyes.
