I work nearby and go to this location at least twice or more a week and every visit has been a struggle for weeks now. The cashiers do not seem to have a handle on anything and ALWAYS forget my order of a tall coffee with a shot of espresso. I’ve heard similar complaints from numerous people.
The wait is always long and they never get my order correct
Great drink, fast service. Very accommodating on the extra caramel in my frappe!
