Will not answer the phone at all have tried so many times all evening I really need to know if they stoped the Cotten candy blizzard bc it was here last night I had one and today they are unavailable……..
We ordered six blizzards, a cheeseburger, and a strawberry sundae. We could barely tell one blizzard from another. There was no stuff except what was right on top. The ice cream wasn't even up to the top of the cup. There was only a hint of strawberry syrup on the sundae. The ice cream was melty and too whipped. We sent what was supposed to be the chocolate brownie extreme back asking for them to put some stuff in it. They brought it back the same way. I would have sent them...read full review
The absolute worst DQ experience ever, I have gone here only 3 times and all 3 times were was terrible, I went there last night, ordered a 4 piece chicken finger basket forgot to order it as a meal, only after I got to the window did I realize this, I ask if I could order a drink, I got a serious eye roll from the young woman as another employee told me that they do not do add ons at the window, which I was ok with, my bad.
