The drive thru was pretty nice. I also asked about the customary flipping the ice cream but they stated that this location does not do it anymore due to their machines. So honestly I don't get why the other reviews dont ask instead of giving them a bad review 😅. But I do love the girl in the window, she's very nice.

Ice cream melted. I purchased a medium and small blizzard along with a banana split. Everything was soupy and had to be thrown away. They handed me everything so quickly without the customary upside down cup turn. I was very disappointed for the first time ever. Friday night late night dessert disaster.

We went through the drive thru tonight to grab 2 small Blizzards. The guy on the mic was friendly and fast. Our Blizzards were quickly handed to us by another staff member at the window. They were not flipped and were partially melted. We joked that we know why he didn't flip them. We didn't get a receipt so we can't do the whole next one is free thing. But as we are driving down the road and eating it occurred to me we were both holding mini's not smalls....
