I had the slowest service today and waited very patiently. Then my order was incorrect. I went back in and politely said one of my donuts was wrong. I asked for the vanilla frosted bling. She was very rude and said no you didn’t! You wanted the vanilla frosted cream! I said well I didn’t, perhaps you misheard me. Went last Sunday about 6pm. Customer service was not great. Our guy did job but never smiled and acted like he didn't much care. The other worker was too busy watching bideos on his phone to acknowledge us. Our ice creams were fair...some of the cookie ingredients were stale. Selection of donuts was extremely slim. I have never had good luck at this location. Maybe it was was too late on an off day.
