This may be the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever visited. Sit down restaurants bring you your food faster than this Krystal. Don't stop here unless you have 20+ minutes to get through the drive through. They should be closed. There's no excuse for this.

The young lady at the drive thru was AWESOME. Didn't get her name but she was so friendly and I ordered 48 cheese burger plain and then she brought them out to me. I told he I was from North Carolina and my family LOVES Krytals.Thanks for everything. Management please commend her GREAT customer service is rare these days.Dwight J MattoxKernersville,NC

Late evening dtive-thru pickup for Krystals and some chili-cheese fries. Prepared quickly and the food was hot and fresh.

Actually I thought the service here was excellent. The people were nice and said Have a nice day and good morning. However the food wasnt very good at all. All three of us got sick later.

I am giving 1 star but to be honest they don't deserve that. I waited over 15 min for 24 Krystal an 2 fries and then they gave me cold fries . Complete waste of my money an time.
Same as White Castle. That was NOT a bad thing!! Was good to find something I love so far from home!! Thank you .

10/10 would not recommend. Food was made while sitting at the window and still came out nasty. Bread was old, chili looked like it had been sitting for way too long and oil was old. Burgers, chicken sandwich and chili cheese fries were all disgusting. Nothing in my order was worth eating. Waste of $20.

Most horrible place I've ever eaten!!! The burgers were white! I felt like that's what the cartoon crabby patties would taste like on SpongeBob, nothing was good not even the fries were cooked completely!! Poor excuse of a restaurant!
