I never feel like they value their customers. They can be down right uncooperative
and sometimes one employee tells you one thing and another tells you something else. Cake is usually good, but I am more persuaded recently to choose a different bakery.

Been patronizing sb for a long time now. I know that every thing is increasing, I purchased a loaf cake, the cake was good, but I noticed the size have noticeably smaller. It’s now being baked in an aluminum loaf pan and the shrinkage is much smaller. You can’t in the prices and give less, the old ones, former owners, was larger.
The pound cake has the perfect crunch on top. We love getting cakes from here. ❤️

I have had many delicious cakes from here like the caramel and chocolate layered ones. But I was not pleased with the German chocolate cake ordered, as it was not made from scratch .I could have used a Duncan Hines cake mix myself for less than $38.

Ordered a nine layered cake and got a six layered chocolate cake. It was so lopsided it was ridiculous. Would add a picture if I could. The box was wrapped up so you couldn’t look inside. I didn’t unwrap till I got to the birthday party. I pulled it out and was so embarrassed. Unwrap and look at your cake before leaving this place. All was made right immediately. Exceptional customer service. Thank you.
