Came in on a Sunday morning, around 11:30. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The young men behind the counters kept looking at us, but never greeted us or offered to take our orders. After a few minutes, We see a kiosk to the far side that said “ORDER HERE” - so we went to place our order there. Get to the payment screen only for the kiosk to show an error message that the payment pad is disconnected. I go back over to the counter, still being looked at but not greeted,...read full review
I ordered to go . Uber . This is the second time I gave them a try . Missing my drink , no cheese on fries, no sauces, bacon on the burger ( didn’t order) missing onion. Not understanding how it could be so wrong, I won’t be finding out.I did receive a nice phone call, apology.and promised something in the mail. It was never received.
Great food & bomb milkshakes! Great customer service.
