I had the royal ed robin burger it was really good and cooked perfectly like I requested. My son had the kids meal pepperoni pizza on the pizza a detail that we didn't know was they before cooking add a rosemary seasoning/sauce that gives it a flavor that he didn't like but the manager was awesome and offered to remake the pizza without the rosemary season sauce. Overall good experience and would eat there again if at the mall.“

“I almost gave up on store 13985 bk. There are so many new people and I been going to this location for many years but now during breakfast and lunch are train wrecks so I decided to go a few times in night and I hope that Payton girl is not a manager because every time I go she sitting on her bum doing nothing while everyone else works their tails off. so I went yesterday in the night and thank God a manager named Jenny was there. she always brightens my day because my food is always fresh as well as correct sauces and all. I never have to check my food when Jenny or Wesson is there. Those 2 managers should get a big raise and bonus. They value quality over speed bravo and I appreciate them both. I will not return nor will my family or friends unless those 2 managers are there.“

Steak ’n Shake never disappoints! I ordered two Single with Cheese combos, and it was absolutely perfect. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and made fresh to order—just the right size to satisfy without being too heavy. The famous fries were golden, crispy, and perfectly seasoned (honestly addictive), and the root beer was ice-cold and refreshing, the ideal finishing touch. Everything hit the spot. Great service, quick turnaround, and a nostalgic diner vibe that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!“

“Stopped in for a quick breakfast and got just that.... with a smile! James, the GM, had great music blasting in the kitchen to keep his team motivated. A new team member was training at the counter and James was able to tend to the drive-thru and offer her the assistance she needed at the same time. He was patient and very helpful to her. The food was prepared fresh and hot and tasted just like I remember Hardee's in the past. I hate that so many have closed so it was a real treat to find this one still open and serving great breakfast! Thank you, James and team for making my stop so enjoyable! That's not a common experience anymore with fast food restaurants!“

“The service was excellent, the facility is very clean, but the food....the food, well🤔, is just eh😩, pretty basic🤷🏿‍♂️. My Philly cheesesteak could have used some salt and pepper. I asked for mayo on my sandwich and I got mayo packs instead!🤦🏿 The fries were the conventional flash frozen fries and not the fresh hand cut ones. The black and bleu burger was pretty good though. 😋👌🏿. My friends and I may come here to watch some college games since they're not that crowded.“

“Our small group has met here several times per month for years and we always have the best service! Food is consistently good, they have several specials that are a great value, and plenty of choices on the menu. Will definitely keep coming back!“

“Usually great. Stays fairly clean; even when busy. And the food is always at a good temperature (in my experience). The one male manager I've experienced who was also there today is always super nice, too.
The only thing I strongly dislike is how most of the time if you order on the app or kiosk and select a table tent or table number (marked in the silver circle plates on the tables) to have the food delivered to your table, they don't want to take it to your table and they don't even call your number out until it's been sitting on the counter getting cold for a while. I was there today and a dad was in the playroom with his child waiting for his food. I saw when they placed it on the counter, but they called his number AFTER it was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. He couldn't even hear it being called because he was on the other side of a glass wall. Which probably explains why he wanted table service. Not counter service. But I looked in the playroom and noticed his table tent after they called it out and I got his attention to let him know his food was ready. There was also someone else's order sitting on the counter before I even got there and for 18 more minutes afterwards before they called the number out.
My point is, if you request table service, you should receive table service. Otherwise, you're just going to assume they're just taking too long, like the time I stood at the counter for 45 minutes waiting for a to-go order (which rarely happens, but it happens). Don't offer table service if you're not going to comply with the request. Just like when curbside isn't available and it's marked unavailable on the app. Do the same for table service or something.
