Poor consistency in food quality and portion size especially with to-go and delivery orders. The staff you speak with one the phone are not knowledgeable & seem uneducated. This is my last response to the Chili's follow up survey I received.

lousy service poor management unpleasant environment all together
Great service, great food and extremely fair prices, not to mention the drinks are really good! We go thee 3-4 times a week. I highly recommend it!
