“About 1.5 years ago I was in the market for a new gas grill. I was about to purchase a Weber gas grill when the salesperson recommended their Royal Gourmet 6 burner gas grill. He told me that the Royal Gourmet grill had the same features/benefits of the Weber grill - but that it was more cost effective. I took his recommendation and saved hundreds of $$$ - and got equal features and benefits. It has been an excellent grill. Yesterday I emailed Royal Gourmet because the left shelf had discolored (lost it's shine) and I asked them (via email during the July 4th holiday) what my options are. I received a return email the next day and Irene told me they would be happy to replace the left shelf for me. I was so impressed at Royal Gourmet's quick and positive response that I decided I would not have them send me the new shelf now and would reach back out if I needed additional customer support at a later date. Unfortunately, all too often I experience companies that do not respond in the affirmative - or do not respond at all. Thank you Royal Gourmet for being a positive customer service business!!!
