We'll it was missing a few parts in the box when he went to put it together. So I reached out to Home Depot and they got me in contact with Royal Gourmet. Which then sent emails back and forth, they made sure they had our mailing address and we then got a box of the parts missing. It was really so easy to get the parts replaced.
