About 1.5 years ago I was in the market for a new gas grill. I was about to purchase a Weber gas grill when the salesperson recommended their Royal Gourmet 6 burner gas grill. He told me that the Royal Gourmet grill had the same features/benefits of the Weber grill - but that it was more cost effective. The lid will not close properly. in order to keep the lead closed on a brand new grill, we will have to put something on the top of it or the fire from the charcoal will be blazing the entire time we are cooking from all the air that’s getting to it. This is awful.

I purchased a portable griddle/grill combo off Amazon. Upon receiving the product, I discovered the bottom outside silver housing to be crushed and the black piece that holds the foot pedal bent out of shape.
