Great boba tea

Like other good smoothie and boba places, they have many good flavors and quality drinks. Great friendly staff and students working hard to earn their educational support. I was impressed that they made me new drinks when I accidentally spilled the lid. Thank you and keep up the good work. They are conveniently located next to 2nd fl Macy.

They denied small request of no ice in drink for my baby and not even a spare cup so I can take off the ice horrible customer service and thz never happened before. Worst experience ever

Came here at 7:30 p.m. and told me they were closed

Ordered a matcha latte asking for coconut milk (I'm slightly lactose intolerant). The guy behind the counter didn't really seem to be understanding. He did charge a little extra for the coconut milk.
Later in the day I'm bloated and feeling bad, and I have a feeling they did not put coconut milk in my latte despite me specifically ordering it and it saying on the register my drink would have coconut milk in it.
Putting the coconut milk thing aside the drink tasted like grass and was barely sweetened. My husband's drink was fine.

This is THE BEST Boba tea place I've ever been to. This is the ONLY one I'll go to. Everyone is so sweet and kind. I am a regular at Kokee Tea. I'm there almost everyday. They have my order ready by the time I get up to the register. Everyone there is so amazing!! Thank you guys for being the best!

Extremely rude service. I was standing in line to place an order at 6:45pm today, which is a Sunday. One of the two young girls looked at me and said ummm this is our last order for the day(pointing at the customer ahead of me.) I politely asked if they would make an exception and another young girl responded, “we’ve already made enough exceptions for today!” I frequent this establishment, and this is the first time I’ve experienced this type of rudeness. I will not be returning. I’ll walk a few extra steps down the mall and get my boba tea elsewhere!

The passion fruit sangria and the Thai tea are my favorite drinks from there. Only bad thing is the Thai tea is a little inconsistent, sometimes it’s sweeter than others. Other than that it’s fast and friendly staff.

Liked their strawberry milk tea and matcha donuts.

We ordered something and it was too sweet. Even though they remade they gave us a lot of stress. So if you order just be sure of what you are getting. But once they remade it was a lot better.

Best boba place I’ve ever tasted. The servers were very nice, the place smelt good and kpop was playing in the background (which I love!!) the fruit teas are the best!

First time giving any kind of Korean beverage a try... I like the mango passionfruit with mango Boba I'm drinking rn.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Today I tried to buy a passion fruit green tea (which they have in their menu as "mango passion fruit") and asked Abby, who was at the register, to not add the mango to it. She refused to take my order and said it was policy they couldn't alter flavors and that she would get in trouble. When I asked to speak to a manager she proceeded to say he/she wasn't in. I've been to many Tea stores before, including a Kokee one, and this is the 1st time I am told such thing. DO BETTER!
