This was our first time going because we wanted something different. We were disappointed from the beginning. The waitress was super slow, food was bland, they got both of our orders wrong and still tried charging us for something we never got - even though we asked for it. They added a 18% gratuity to the check, I asked for a jack and coke and got straight jack lol. 2/10 rating for this place. We drove 1.5 hours to visit based on seeing they were a pop up Christmas theme bar. We had tickets to see something at Gas south arena. When we got there at 430pm they were dead. We ordered drinks from a clueless looking young girl and then after we got our drinks we ordered 6 boneless wings and a burger. After we ordered a party of 4 came in and then a party of 6 came in. Not sure what happened to OTTB but we used to go a lot and loved it. We went last night ( the first night of their Christmas decorations) and it was less than impressive. They didn’t have the Christmas menu available and the restaurant just looked like trash. We only ordered 1 shake to start with while we were deciding….
