this morning, my cup completely self destructed when picking it up from my car cup holder. spilling hot coffee on me, the console, etc. The cup was almost like a soggy paper towel. this is the second time this has happened and the last cup I will be purchasing. not that losing one customer makes any difference. This place has pretty much become McStarbucks in terms of quality
