“Placed an order with Nick and he was so patient while I figured my order for my family. Ty greeted me pleasantly and was willing to let me add to my order only bc I had to wait a few minutes for nacho fries. I was unsure and eventually added to the order w/much help from Ty. She was also very patient and extremely knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The excellent customer service & quality of food at this location is the reason it is my families preferred location.“
“I live by the Mall of Ga. and go out to lunch daily. They discontinued the Mexican pizza and now it's back. They have reduced the amount of filling on tacos since Covid and the $10 combos left me wanting more. Today the tacos were full and the pizza was filled correctly also. When I got home I wanted to let them know by doing a review on the Taco Bell site connected to the receipt. One of the questions was if I got a taco that was full of toppings, which it was. They cut back on topping amount and the customers let them know that we could get a good hot meal at a real Mexican Restaurant for the same price as the food they serve and they are improving, at least at this location.“

“Went to this place super late, Brandy was super awesome. made us smile, did good job with food. And she deserves a raise so much. I doubt she is getting paid what she deserve for working at a fast food restaurant. someone needs to promote her rn or some new business will come in and swoop her up.“
“This is one of the best Taco Bell locations I have ever been to. The drive thru workers are almost always extremely polite. My food is 9/10 times packaged and presented neatly in the bag. The attitude of the workers is always positive. Today I had an especially pleasant interaction with McKenzie. I will always come back to this location.“
