So they have gotten my order wrong multiple times and I have not made a big deal out of this. They have put sour cream on my nachos when I customized it not a big deal gave it to my husband. I had a family member that just passed last night and I wanted some comfort food while i worked. I am a super picky person when it comes to my food and I put full trust in the cooks with my food. I didn't even personalize the food just ordered it. I was supposed to get an avocado ranch burrito and instead, they gave me the hot sauce one. Not what I asked for DEFINITELY not what I paid for

The GM was there late night & the staff was perfect! Best experience & it was after hours. Me and my mom were taken care of.i told the GM I would leave a review & i hope you see this!!! Thank u for the nacho fries!!!
Let me start of saying the service was amazing i love all the staff they get everything done but when i got my gelato IT WAS SO MEDIOCRE im very disappointed it was so small and yet dissapointed me so much. please don’t waste your money on the gelato get a freeze or a regular baja blast.

okay i got 3 hardshell tacos. i ate them, bc, why wouldnt i? i got them yesterday. im still laying in my bed, crying, heating pad on my stomach, because my stomach hurts so bad. I VOMITED IN THE BATHROOM after getting them, like 10 mins after getting them. never again will i eat at taco bell. can i sue? probably. im also probably constipated. holy heck, taco bell is not for the weak

So I was at the mall with my family and I always get Taco Bell when I go to the mall. And usually the service is not bad.but the cashier was very very rude and Didn’t even give me my Drink I had to ask someone else to get my Drink for me and instead they …gave me a small and I had to ask again for a medium Drink but don’t blame that person .i blame the cashier he was so rude and the other person was Dealing with him which i Assume.

This has to be one of the nastiest places I’ve been to. Bathroom was completely disgusting. Looked and smelled like it should be at a truck stop. Crew was doing everything but fixing orders. Nasty gloves touching faces not changing before touching food. Go to any other Taco Bell but this one. I would gladly drive ten miles to avoid this store. And wouldn’t dare getting door dash from here. Needs a serious takeover. Hire new managers and crew. Just plan pitiful. Close it down if you can’t fix the problem.
