I come to this Popeyes twice a week after work to get my blacken tenders. They’re always cook perfect fresh never an issue and the customer service is great.

Had to wait in line for over 20 minutes with only 1 vehicle ahead of me and no one else in line before I got to order. Sit there for so long I cut my car off Once I finally get to order I am told no Cole slaw. There were vehicles behind me that backed up and left and went across the street to Chic Filet that I watched get their food before I did. I only stayed there because I had already waited so long. Pathetic!!!! I asked the guy why there was no Cole slaw and he looked at me and laughed and said because there is no Cole slaw

My son wanted Zaxby's for his bday lunch. We waited 35 minutes from the time we paid til we got our food for three meals. There wasn't one apology made. My husband's chicken leg was the size of a drummette. It's ridiculous. We will definitely NOT be returning.

I love Popeyes, it is my favorite fast food but man this location is horrendous. Everytime (and I'm not exaggerating) I wait 30-40 minutes before I get my food. No apology or attempt at making it right. Then I have to go back and wait for them to stop acting like they don't see me to ask for whatever they forgot of my order. Lake Joy popeyes is much better.

I don't know how chik fil a can get 20 cars out the drive thru (all completed with CORRECT orders) before this Popeyes can get 2 and the car next to us had the wrong order after waiting longer than us.

Never have I been to this location and not asked to pull up and park. Even with no cars behind me. Every time has been at least a 25 minute wait! Today's fiasco took 33 minutes!! No wonder Popeyes is closing locations all over. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
