I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible staff at Waffle House ,especially Takora and Amber.
I drive over two hours to work three days a week, and this location has become my first stop every morning. From the moment I walk in, they already know my drink, where I like to sit, what I’m ordering, and exactly how I like my food prepared. That level of consistency and attention to detail is rare and truly appreciated.
There’s also another young lady who works here that I didn’t see today ,possibly her day off ,but I will definitely be updating this review with her name because she deserves recognition as well.
The customer service here is second to none. I have never had a complaint. Honestly, if this isn’t a training location, it should be ,because these ladies set the standard. They come in with positive attitudes, welcoming smiles, and consistently go above and beyond.
It’s not just about the food ,it’s about the experience, and these women represent the brand exceptionally well. They make you feel seen and valued every single time.

“I was disappointed. No yelling or fighting. Of course it was 8am on a Monday, so it was to be expected. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience. The all star breakfast was FIRE!. My grits were perfect and eggs just the way I liked em. My coffee never ran out and was served with a smile. Kudos Byron Waffle House.“
