“A Good Spirit In A Waffle House!I have eaten breakfast twice at the Waffle House at 1480 Jonesboro Rd, McDonough, GA. The last time a ate breakfast at this Waffle House I had an early flight out on a Sunday morning. What a great experience! When I entered the door, I was greeted with a warm smile by Ashley. She quickly got me seated and ready to order. Another warm face showed up, Koko. Everyone working was in a pleasure mood and singing. This didn’t feel like your normal restaurant. I watched as other customers came into the door and they were receiving a similar experience. Ashley’s job was clearing tables vs. waiting on tables. She cleared the tables with such a positive spirit, I wanted to help clear table. ? How could Waffle House find good people and have them all working at the same store on the same shift? I got to meet the manager of this Waffle House, Traci. After a two minute chat with Traci, I knew she was the “unicorn” at this store. Thanks Waffle House for a great breakfast experience and hiring good people. There’s a “Good Spirit In This Waffle House”.“
“Clean and well organized team. Robert (manager) and Rhonda (hostess) were the best! I loved the constant encouragement and acknowledgement Robert gave to the team for doing a great job. Great customer service! They really tried to accommodate me when I asked was the steak cooked on the same grill as bacon. They took the time to clean it first even though I didn't ask. Thank you both for going above and beyond.“
“My husband and I travel a lot but when we come to Georgia, a stop at a waffle House is a must. Service was great the food feels home cooked every time versus fast food and the staff were all very friendly and smile. One customer like my husband and I so much that she paid for our food it was the sweetest thing ever ❤️“
“This is the south so there is no shortage of waffle houses, in fact there's basically one or two on every exit, however I always go to this one in particular because they've always been really good with service and the quality of food. I always order the all-star with a pecan waffle, bacon, eggs over easy, and hash browns. And every time they get it just right.“
“I received my food fast with friendly service. I placed my order online, When I went in to pick up my order, I was informed that I was their first online order. The sales associates celebrated me being the stores first online order. That celebration and friendly customer service made my day. The food was made fresh and hot. The store was clean and not super cold inside. This was my daughters first waffle house experience. She loved the food and is looking forward to eating there in the future.“
