“Y’all… don’t sleep on the ribeye. I am super picky about my steaks. I don’t want a wimpy wet steak or a hard rubber tire. This is a high quality steak and has a perfect sear on the outside and bright red on the inside. (MR) For everyone that’s been whining about Cairo needs a steakhouse, here it is. This is a huge ribeye, and $45, but we shared it and it was all both of us could eat. It was sooooo good (i did add a little salt but no steak sauce needed here). You can get the ribeye any time but Wednesdays steak night has salad and baked potato. (Otherwise, you can get fries) Everything is good. Try it!!”

“Today we hosted my daughter’s graduation celebration at first and broad. It was perfect. Karen and her staff were super easy to work with. The food was delicious. The party room is the perfect size for a celebration. Thank you Karen for providing such a great establishment!”

Not only was the quality there and the butter and sides, this meal was without a doubt the best we've ever had. The crab was so juicy and the sides were so delectable!! Upon checkout we were super surprised of the bills only 42 for all that food!!! We will definitely be back thanks for a great experience!!!!”

“I have stopped at Mr. Chick every time I visit Cairo going on 25 plus years. The food is always fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff has always been very friendly while providing fast service. Their food is always fresh and delicious. Yes, you may have to stand in line to order a little longer during rush hours, but I don't mind because a lot of people eat there. If a lot of people are eating there, that's a statement in itself.”

“Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. This location takes a lot of mobile orders so even if there are not many patrons on site you could still potentially have to wait for your order to be made. My wait time was 15 min with 2 customers in front of me due to mobile orders being prioritized over on site customers.”

“Biscuits were good, but not as good as they normally are at this location. They lacked that buttery-slightly salty taste on the outside. One had a slight “leftover biscuit “ taste and texture.”

“I’m pregnant and eat an absurd amount of sandwiches from this firehouse location. I just ordered a door dash sandwich as I’m working from home and can’t leave. The app didn’t have the option for chopped pickles. I called to see if they would add them for me. Not only did she say she’d add them, she said she’d send me extra pickles! 10/10 on the customer service! Thanks so much guys! I wish I had gotten her name”
