I’m pregnant and eat an absurd amount of sandwiches from this firehouse location. I just ordered a door dash sandwich as I’m working from home and can’t leave. The app didn’t have the option for chopped pickles. I called to see if they would add them for me. Not only did she say she’d add them, she said she’d send me extra pickles! 10/10 on the customer service! Thanks so much guys! I wish I had gotten her name
Absolutely amazing service! My server Alexis was friendly, respectful, professional, and very attentive. She had excellent communication skills and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our entire visit. Her manners and customer service were outstanding. She truly made our experience enjoyable, and I would definitely eat there again!
The subs and salads are always fresh. The hook-and-ladder subs and salads are our favorite.
