Well you have ruined another meal. We ordered the new parmigiana chicken ball sub with only half the amount of cheese. Only your order taker or the sandwich maker did not understand the request or just made it the way they wanted. We received it with only cheese on 1/2 the sandwich the other 1/2 was cheese less. I’m pregnant and eat an absurd amount of sandwiches from this firehouse location. I just ordered a door dash sandwich as I’m working from home and can’t leave. The app didn’t have the option for chopped pickles. I called to see if they would add them for me. Not only did she say she’d add them, she said she’d send me extra pickles! 10/10 on the customer service! Thanks so much guys! I wish I had gotten her name
Very slow after 20 minutes of waiting in a empty store the bread was stale and “hot” sub was cold
