Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. During a small rush, service was good with a drink ready in 8 minutes, served by two friendly and respectful girls who made small talk. However, another visit was a horrible experience. The order was 30 MINUTES late, and one girl was aggravated, throwing empty milk cartons with a nasty look. She made the worst coffee ever, described as brown milk. A brown sugar shaken espresso with sweet cream had no sweet cream, no cinnamon, no ice, and tasted terrible after a 30-minute wait. Another customer gave instructions but felt the staff seemed annoyed and turned their backs, as if hiding they weren’t following them. The cup wasn’t even filled. The price is high for a simple drink, and the feeling of being tricked was unpleasant. The usual ladies are great employees, but consistency is lacking.
