“Their system was down again and they could only take one order at a time. Their signage showed a double pretzel baconator for $7.59. I was charged 9.99 when I tried to tell the cashier some lady got on the intercom and said it automatically charges for a double I told her that her signage showed a double so I should get it at that price. They also have a sign saying make it a medium meal for $1 more and a large for $1.59 more. The math didn't add up. The lady on the intercom wouldn't respond and when I got to the window I once again tried to explain and he closed the window on me in mid conversation. Such bad service. I never have this problem with morning shift. Such shame. I was irritated and disappointed. Never got an explanation for 2 wrong signs. Don't hang them if they're incorrect.“
