Just left Hickory Flat, Ga location (yesterday 5/28) …Manager was rude to begin with but then denied my order to dine is as my dog was “whining” as that’s not approved. My 7 month old dog with tags is in training. He obviously has not been around dogs as he would know a whine of attention to an aggressive bark…which mind you my pup has never done and had had many training to not do so. I showed him service papers yet he continued to scream at me saying I wasn’t welcome...read full review

The employee sat this location were friendly and helpful! Exceptionally clean inside!
So as someone who has generally enjoyed Culver’s in the past…to say I was disappointed in the food served from today’s visit, would be an understatement. Normally, in the past…if you ordered a Burger on a Pretzel Bun, it would be served in a box with generally good presentation. However, today…what I was served, seemed to have been the result of a staffer’s anger getting the best of them & the Pretzel Burger taking the brunt of it, or they felt the need to “tenderize”...read full review
