Rough night tonight at Bruster's Hickory flat. Staff was incompetent and rude, out of several flavors that were posted on the menu, tried to serve melted ice cream saying trouble with the freezer. Most offensive was the kids' working lack of accountability and respect.

Loved the customer service! Mary and dixie helped a lot with my confusing order. Would definitely recommend coming here!
