I ordered 2 pizzas on the app at 5:12pm for a 6:30pm pickup and when we got there they said they haven’t even started them and it would be 15-20 minutes. I wouldn’t even post a review, but the service has progressively gotten worse. Nothing is done on time, the pizza tastes terrible, and the customer service is awful. I canceled my order and that will be the last time I give them a chance to do better.
