Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers delicious food, as reported by some customers. Many customers praise the chicken fingers and coleslaw, describing them as tasty and enjoyable. First-time visitors have noted that Heather provided excellent service. However, there have been concerns about the shrimp meal only coming with 8 shrimp and the discontinuation of curbside order delivery. Some reviews mention issues with specific items, such as the loaded fries missing chicken, sauce, and bacon, and the lemonade sometimes tasting metallic and being disappointing. Despite these concerns, the restaurant maintains a larger parking area and has a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. In one instance, a customer’s wings and things meal was missing the wings, but the manager, Emily, handled the situation well by replacing the meal promptly. Overall, customers appreciate the food and service and plan to return during their travels.
