As of May 2024, the manager and staff at Burger King provide a pleasant and Georgia-style experience. However, when busy, customer service may slacken and the quality can be hit or miss. Some customers have found the staff to seem a bit grumpy, possibly due to the challenges of operating during a pandemic. The dining room is consistently closed, and on one occasion, the whole restaurant was closed except for drive-thru. Despite this, the staff was accommodating when a customer needed to use the restroom. The food provides a standard Burger King experience, although it may take longer than usual during understaffed periods.
