The LATEST pick up time on my order of two 1-topping pizzas was 10:37am

The first employee in the building was not there until 10:43am

We did not get out food until 11:05am, 30 minutes after the latest pick up time

Not only did they not compensate us, they did not not bother to apologize

I don't really know where to start. Don't order from this Little Caesar's for an event, even if the location is in town. Miscommunication about when to make and deliver pizzas has resulted them delivering 15 pizzas 4 hours earlier than needed. Little Caesars delivered the pizzas via door dash, door dash refused to take the pizzas back. If we had confirmation whatsoever about the order and what time they would be expecting to deliver $140 worth of pizzas, all of this could have been avoided. Another coordinator had to explain the situation and fight to get pizzas delivered to the event which shouldn't have had to happen. All the while, a shift manager and a good portion of the morning crew walked out. Extremely unprofessional, this location truly needs an overhaul of management and crew that will be willing to be flexible with their customers and communicate with their crew and customers. Communication all around is necessary for a successful business. Otherwise, the taste of the pizza was edible, as per usual.

I ordered online the most expensive round pizza on the menu. Ultimate Cheesesteak Pizza for $14.99. It is sad. I wanted a decent slice of pizza. This is thin, dry with few toppings. Nothing like the picture. Just about tasteless, probably because it is dry and thin.

Ordered online the World Fanceroni Pepperoni Pizza for pick up and what I got was a regular pepperoni pizza
I would consider what i got was false advertisement pizza
If im going to pay more for a pizza to have way more pepperoni than the regular pepperoni pizza I should have that
Was too hungry to say something in the location and posible wait 30 min to make another one but next time make sure employees make the pizza like its advertised

Best Little Caesars around us, we live in Bremen but we come to Carrollton for their Pizza we had to get the Fantastic Four pizza after seeing it today :)

Multiple times i have gone by at lunch and they never have lunch specials. They are so poorly ran it’s ridiculous

Do not come here! This is supposed to be HOT & READY for basic pizza, the first time I came here the pizza was old you could taste it! Horrible, the 2nd time I came on a different day trying to show grace, I was told it would be 10-15 min wait. I left & came back 20 min later. Then was told it would be 15-20 min wait & I had to pay or they wouldn’t make the pizza. Extremely horrible customer service! I will not be returning.

Got there at 1:10, by 1:25 my order was placed with an estimated done time of 1:47. Pizza wasn't even placed in the oven until 1:43. Sat inside the store the entire time and the lady at the front desk never asked me if I was there to pick up or if I needed to place an order. I was playing tiktoks on my phone while waiting, the app never informed me the food was done until I went back into the app and manually refreshed it to see my pizza was done at 1:52 which was 10 minutes before I refreshed the app. When I told the lady at the counter that my pizza had been done for 10 minutes and gave her my name. She then informed me that they need a name in order to know what pizza to give and that's why it sat there for so long. I sat in that store for an entire hour and she never once said anything to me. She only serviced people who walked in after me. Then I had to go back inside bc she never gave me the sauces I paid for. Screenshots included.

Y'all I don't go in I drive through the drive through. Don't know about the atmosphere or cleanliness.But all I know is the bacon pizza taste the best here. I tried to get it at another location but it wasn't the same at all. So this is where I go

I ordered the old world fanceroni pepperoni which barely came with any pepperoni I order from here all the time and I just don’t feel like this has enough pepperoni the pizza is undercooked and I can’t even pull my slices apart because they didn’t even cut it

Food tasted good, but our pizza was not fully cooked when we picked it up. We had to bake it for a bit when we noticed it at home prior to eating it.
