Little Caesars Pizza

I ordered the old world fanceroni pepperoni which barely came with any pepperoni I order from here all the time and I just don’t feel like this has enough pepperoni the pizza is undercooked and I can’t even pull my slices apart because they didn’t even cut it

Food tasted good, but our pizza was not fully cooked when we picked it up. We had to bake it for a bit when we noticed it at home prior to eating it.

Ordered online and ordered the Pretzel crust pizza with the cheese sauce got to the store pick up my pizza. It was a regular pepperoni pizza went back in and was told that they no longer sell the pretzel crust with cheese sauce pizza even though it’s on the website and I paid extra for it. Italian cheese bread was dry barely warm. Tough to chew pizza was cool also was not hot. This location has been disappointing. The last three or four times I came. I will no longer be returning to this location. I only came here because it showed online that they still had the pretzel crust pizza and then you pay extra for it and you come to the store and they do not have it. I will continue to go to the new Georgia location.

Every single time I come to this location, they never have anything ready. I always have to wait around least 15 minutes for my food. Tonight I went & they said the same, then came back & changed it to a 40 minute wait. When I asked why it would be so long I was told by one girl that they ran out of stuff & the other girl behind her said that it's because they had other orders to make... but there wasn't a single car in the parking lot besides mine. Worst Little Caesars I've been to.

I took the drive thru, pizza had no sauce and was burnt would not recommend

I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come to the drive thru, had to resort to ordering online even. Don't come here

My wife has been working there since February. She used to sit and wait in the parking lot for someone to show up and unlock the building. Her GM ( Kayla Parmer) cusses at her employees also will sit in the parking lot smoking marijuana with employees which most is still in highschool which I have witnessed it with my own 4 eye There has been needle caps found by the gm and nothing was done. My wife was told not to say anything to anyone about it which is a safety concern. I informed my wife she doesn't have to work there any longer. I took the key and shirt and Kayla took it upon her self to message me saying not so polite words towards my wife. Little Caesars needs to find someone more qualified to be in charge of this location.

Called in a order and showed up to pickup and never got waiting on for nearly twenty minutes then while I came in had to listen to a manager literally cussing out the employees where all customers could hear it and bad mouthing them. It was shameful and ridiculous to talk to any one like that. Then still waited 30 more minutes for food that was supposedly supposed to have been done. Then they didn't explain what was going on to me or other customers. And imagine this , my food ended up being cold...
Whoever the manager was, shouldn't be a manager no where. She was ridiculous!!! Guessing she was a area manager. From what I heard from a previous employer she was acting out cause there is new ownership and she was showing power and showing out.

Pick up was on time

Not only are the employees rude and will completely ignore you for an hour after they got your order wrong, but a different time we got home with my pizza and it tasted like they spilled some sort of chemical cleaner on it. I was so hungry that I didn't realize until after I had taken a few bites, but my tongue went numb and I had a major stomach ache the rest of the night. I used to enjoy Little Caesars all the time before I moved near this location, so I'm kinda sad that the employees here have been so consistently awful over the course of about 6 months. Do not recommend. Drive the extra 20 minutes each way to the other Little Caesars because you'll probably save time in the end anyway.
