It's like any other McDonald's, which I'm really not a fan. Went through drive-thru to grab a quick breakfast before church. Customer service kind of non-existent, but not rude. Got hash browns. They were $2.49 each!! SMH. They were fresh though, so..... It is what it is.

Very slow. Ordered on the app thinking it would be quicker. Went through the drive-thru, which seemed to take forever, only to be told to pull into a parking spot and wait even longer. Food eventually is brought out, but as we were about to leave we noticed there was no butter or syrup for the hot cakes (pictured). So now I had to park again and go inside to get the missing items. Upon getting inside I found no employee at the counter. What I did find was a handful of upset customers that had been waiting a while. After a few minutes I was finally able to get the missing items. Oh, and the floor was being mopped during this busy time. With all of that foot traffic if mopping is going to take place may I suggest fans to dry the floors faster. So, overall, not the best McDonalds experience.

Whoever is making the unsweetened tea should absolutely stop. I got tea through the drive thru and it tasted like straight up coffee, which I hate. You cannot make tea in the same utensils you make coffee. This has happened multiple times at this location. It really tics me off too…unsweet tea is almost free to make but a large tea costs about $3. And is undrinkable. If I had not had to get back to work, I would have gone back. And I know it’s a location problem as all other McDonald’s I’ve been to have excellent tea. Trust me…get a coke.

The manager there was very nasty about getting free water. He's was repeating himself saying " this is a premium mcdonalds" and " I have to pay my employees to make your water" and was very very unnecessary. So, for anyone going through their own situations on life asking for water, this is not the place.and i only feel bad for the people working under such a dysfunctional person.
