I stopped by and ordered a chicken meal, which came with a drink and, also 1 cheeseburger on Friday. I don't normally order here. After I purchased the items and received my drink I was asked to park in one of the pick order parking, but it took so long I was bought to go in and ask about my order. Other that ordered after me had received there order and went ahead. I didn't like the wait and the food didn't look that great, the cheeseburger could have been better. I won't be returning.

The restaurant was not clean and as the cup reads locally owned and operated.
I just wanted you to know.
We had to wipe the best looking table down ourselves.
I did a mobile order for dine in and we sat at table 109.
I snapped the few pictures as we were leaving.

The iconic All-American top notch number one fast food restaurant one of them here in particular is Messy disorderly and unkept in the back there is plenty room for improvement here but they expect too much for so little. God bless your store

Normally, the service is great,and the meal is hot, but I received the wrong order, which I didn't realize until I was at work, and since I didn't have my receipt, I had to pay for a chicken mcgriddle meal but enjoy 1 breakfast burrito....not happy.

Extremely dysfunctional and slow store. So I had 15 minutes before I went to work. So I thought let me just stop by McDonald's me my sibling can do mobile separate mobile orders and get something to eat before I go to work. There was only like six cars in the Drive-Thru waiting to order so I thought it was fine. I used to work at McDonald's so I knew the items that we had ordered one that had taken that long at all because it was 101 meet and Fries the 101 meet would only take around 10 seconds to cook on the grill and the fries would only need to cook for about 3 minutes. How do you get that sometimes understaffing happens but that being said it should not have taken us almost 12 minutes to get to the second window and also we should not have been asked to park and spot 3 for items that should not have only taken 3 minutes to make. Those slow cook time items when I work were never parked they were handed there at the window. So when the skinny white guy with glasses asked me to move to 3 I was like could you please just go ahead and cancel the order on your end because when I work there we could do that with manager approval even if it was a mobile order. He kind of not nice at all told me no and told me to just move up and Park which is extremely unprofessional. So we moved there we waited and I was already about to run late at this time but it took them around 5 minutes to bring them out and when they did they only brought out one order and when I was like hey I'm going to be late the girl just kind of looked like she really didn't even care or want to be there which I get it but I'm trying to be as respectfully as I possibly can but I came there 15 minutes before work and somehow still wound up late. Also my fries are cold and stale so why was I even moved up.

Overall I would definitely say this is the best McDonald’s in Carrollton. The woman who took my order at the counter was extra sweet and accommodating to my special meal request. She seemed to have overall very good morale for customers and coworkers. I unfortunately cannot say the same for what appears to be their boss. A very tall man in a button up blue shirt and glasses. I could hear the way he was speaking to his employees which was not very nicely. Shouting commands in a rude way as if his workers are dogs. As I enjoyed my meal, I notice him kick back and watch everyone else run around while he’s typing on his phone. A store with no morale is a store that will fall. I enjoyed everything else though!!

Every time I go through the drive thru they send me to a parking spot to wait. If I'm lucky I'll get my food within 5 minutes. This time it was 15 minutes. Every thing was cold when I got home and they hand you the drinks at the window so by the time you get the food your drinks are watered down. The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

It's like any other McDonald's, which I'm really not a fan. Went through drive-thru to grab a quick breakfast before church. Customer service kind of non-existent, but not rude. Got hash browns. They were $2.49 each!! SMH. They were fresh though, so..... It is what it is.
