Ate here a few months ago. My two daughters and myself all ended up sick. I pickup DoorDash orders from there regularly and the inside is nasty. The countertops railing and tables are all sticky.

Has very quickly become the top chain chicken restaurant in Carrollton! Each time I've been so far, it's been excellent. Would recommend this place to anyone. (From 2017)... Let's go forward to 2025.

Has began to decline, and the customer service is horrible. The food is usually great, but it's a stressful time for greatness for the customer, and apparently the staff as well. I love Popeye's, but this location needs a complete 360 overhaul. Very unwelcoming feeling, and truly a disappointment. Step it up! It's definitely a cold day when I walk out without ordering due to the awful service and lack of care for the customer! It will be a long time before I return to this place, I'll do KFC instead. They at least have better customer service, take some notes!

I went in the evening time and even though I was the only customer it still took 20 minutes to get my order

Service was friendly, very welcoming in the drive thru. The problem was apparently breasts were about the only chicken left. I ordered a 3 piece combo classic. I got two breasts and a thigh. Maybe that's all they had for what ever reason but I should have been told. I could have chosen spicy or nothing at all. The breast isn't my favorite part of the chicken.

I haven't had Popeyes for about a year now but then I decided to stop by during Labor Day. They were still open for business on that day, and as soon as I saw it was still open, I decided to order immediately. The drive thru workers were very nice for the most part and it only took about like 3 minutes to receive my food. Not the fastest but still was fast service at least. The food came in hot, and they were ready to eat. The chicken sandwich for the most part was tangy but had very great flavor too. The quality of the sandwich was overall fresh and delicious. The fries were very tasty, and had some sort of Cajun seasoning. The fries were delicious too! The Mac' N Cheese, was cheesy but provided a very delicious and brought sensation and delight. Overall I will return again, this is the best and Chick Fil A is THIS close to Popeyes in terms of a tierlist.

This location needs attention in their customer service department! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich on Popeyes mobile app. Apparently the sandwich comes with a spicy mayo “making it a spicy sandwich” - but no where on the app does it say anything about having spicy mayo on the sandwich. (Some places have a spicy filet- but this isn’t the case at Popeyes) The woman I spoke to, who I assume was a lead or manager made me buy a complete new sandwich instead of giving me a replacement.
